This is a proprietary, free-to-use license. The software ("Artman Vrt",
also presented as "Artman Garden") is provided to you at no cost.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   You are granted a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive
   license to install and use the software on any number of devices,
   for personal or commercial gardening purposes.

2. FREE REDISTRIBUTION
   You may copy and share the software free of charge, provided that:
     (a) you do not charge any fee for the software itself;
     (b) you distribute it unmodified and complete; and
     (c) this license file is included with every copy.

3. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:
     (a) sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercialize the software;
     (b) modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works,
         except as permitted by applicable mandatory law;
     (c) remove or alter any copyright, branding or this license.
   All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the author.

4. PRIVACY / DATA
   The software stores all data locally on your device (browser/app
   storage). It does not transmit your garden data to any server.

5. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE GARDENING DATA (SOWING DATES, SPACING, WATER
   AND FERTILIZER GUIDANCE) IS AN APPROXIMATE GUIDE; ADAPT IT TO YOUR
   LOCAL CLIMATE, SOIL AND WEATHER.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR
   OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

7. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
   The Windows application is built with open-source tools (Tauri,
   Microsoft Edge WebView2, Pake) licensed under their own permissive
   licenses (MIT / Apache-2.0), which permit free redistribution of the
   resulting application.
